Current status is described as pre-alpha. We never changed that to have plenty of time left and to have no pressure, but we are almost done. So we will need to define a start date for UCS from whereon users can create accounts and get their coins granted. Until then several points on the to do list need to be worked out. For example the contracts with the trading platforms need to be agreed until then.
